Ovalis

Founding club programme

See Ovalis in action.

We’re working with a small number of clubs this season. If yours might be one of them, we’d like to hear what your week actually looks like.

A club committee meeting around a table in the clubhouse bar, papers and pints in front of them, honours boards on the wall behind.
Six people, one evening a month, and a season to run between them.

What you get

What a founding club gets.

We set the club up with you rather than handing over a login and wishing you luck. That means sitting down with whoever currently holds the club together and moving what they do into one place.

You get direct access to the people building it. When something is wrong or missing, you tell us and we fix it. You are not raising a ticket into a queue.

And you help shape what gets built next, because the first clubs’ problems are the roadmap.

What we ask

What we ask in return.

Honest feedback, including when it stings.

And permission to measure the boring things before and after: how long selection takes, how many systems the secretary touches in a normal week, how many people reply about availability. Not to write a testimonial, but because we want to know whether this actually gives anyone their evening back.

Nothing about your club gets published without you reading it first and saying yes.

Tell us about your club.

Genuinely useful to us. It tells us which conversations are working.

We reply within two working days. Or email us directly at hello@ovalis.co.uk.

Before you ask

Where we’re up to.

Ovalis is early. Six things work and can be demonstrated today; plenty of other things are not built yet, and we would rather tell you which is which than let you find out in October.

Pricing isn’t settled. When it is, it goes on this website in public, in numbers, like everything else should be.
