Who we are

Ovalis is a rugby club management software company based in Wirral, North West England. For any question about your information, email hello@ovalis.co.uk.

What this website collects

If you fill in the demo request form we collect your name, your club, your role, your email address and anything you choose to write in the message. We use it to reply to you and to understand which clubs are interested. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone else for marketing.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not set advertising cookies and do not track you across other websites. We can see that a page was visited; we cannot see who you are.

Information inside the Ovalis product

Where a club uses Ovalis, the club controls its own member information and Ovalis processes it on the club’s behalf. Clubs sign a separate agreement covering this, including how long information is kept and what happens to it if the club stops using Ovalis.

Aggregated and anonymised information

We may use aggregated, anonymised information from clubs using Ovalis to understand how grassroots rugby clubs operate, and to publish research about it. Anything published this way describes patterns across many clubs. It never identifies a club, a member or an individual, and it never includes personal information.

Where we want to name a club (in a case study, for example) we ask that club first and they read it before it is published.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ovalis.co.uk and we will deal with it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so on this page rather than quietly updating it.
